Consent to Personal Data Processing — Hard Cooking Simulator

Consent version: 1 of October 17, 2026

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

I, a user of the mobile game Hard Cooking Simulator, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Dmitry Evgenievich Torokov (pseudonym DeorelTGames, email: Deorel2030675@yandex.ru) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes of processing

Showing ads in the game; analysing app stability and performance.

2. Data processed

Device advertising ID, device identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model and operating system version, language and region, app version, ad impression and click data, app crash data.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.

4. Transfer to third parties

Data is transferred to YANDEX LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia) for showing ads and analytics.

5. Validity period

Until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after the game was last used.

6. Withdrawal of consent

In the game settings ("Withdraw consent") or by email to Deorel2030675@yandex.ru. After withdrawal, processing stops within 10 business days.

Consent is given by tapping the "Accept" button in the game.
