This policy describes how visitor data is handled on the website deoreltgames.ru (the "site").

The operator is Dmitry Evgenievich Torokov, an individual and game developer working under the pseudonym DeorelTGames. Contact: Deorel2030675@yandex.ru.

This policy covers the site only. Data processing in games is described in a separate policy for each game, listed on the Legal page.

2. What data the site collects

The site does not collect personal data: there is no registration, no forms, no visitor counters or analytics, and the site sets no cookies. Fonts and images are served from the site itself.

3. Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (USA). Like any web server, GitHub may automatically log technical data when pages are opened — IP address, browser details, request time — to operate and secure the service. The operator has no access to this data and does not process it. GitHub processes it under its own privacy statement: GitHub General Privacy Statement.

4. YouTube videos

Game pages include trailers from YouTube. The site makes no requests to YouTube until a visitor presses play. After that, the player loads from YouTube (Google LLC, USA) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google receives the technical data needed to show the video under its own rules: Google Privacy Policy.

5. Email enquiries

If a visitor writes to Deorel2030675@yandex.ru, the operator receives the sender's email address, name (if given) and the message text. This data is used only to reply, is not shared with third parties and is kept in the operator's mailbox only as long as needed for the conversation, but no longer than 3 years. By sending an email, the visitor agrees to this processing.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to app stores and social networks (RuStore, Google Play, YouTube, TikTok). Once you follow a link, that service's rules apply.

7. Visitor rights

Visitors may ask what data about them is processed, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to Deorel2030675@yandex.ru. The operator replies within 10 business days.

8. Changes

The operator may update this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page.
