1. Operator

The personal data operator is Dmitry Evgenievich Torokov, an individual and game developer working under the pseudonym DeorelTGames.

2. What data is processed

The game does not require registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or home address.

2.1. The Yandex Advertising Network (Yandex Mobile Ads SDK), the VK Advertising Network and the AppMetrica analytics service process: the device advertising ID, device identifiers (including the App Set ID, which AppMetrica uses for analytics, not for ad personalisation), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model and operating system version, language and region, app version, ad impression and click data, and app crash data.

2.2. Game data (progress, unlocked levels, stars, coins, pans, achievements, records, settings) is stored only on the user's device and is not sent to the operator.

3. Purposes of processing

Showing ads through the Yandex Advertising Network and the VK Advertising Network, capping ad frequency, measuring ad performance, fraud prevention, and analysing app stability through AppMetrica.

4. Legal basis

If the user does not give consent, the game still works, non-personalised ads are shown and AppMetrica analytics is disabled.

6. Storage location

Personal data is processed within the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer takes place.

7. Retention period

Until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after the game was last used.

8. User rights

Users have the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw consent. The operator responds to requests within 10 business days.

9. Data deletion and withdrawal of consent

  • Revoke consent: in the game, "About" → "Data" → "Revoke consent", or by email to Deorel2030675@yandex.ru. Ads remain and progress is kept.
  • Delete game data: in the game, "About" → "Data" → "Delete my data"; uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings does the same.
  • Delete data held by YANDEX LLC and VK LLC: copy the "ID for requests" ("About" → "Data") and send it to Deorel2030675@yandex.ru with the subject "Data deletion". The operator will forward the deletion request to YANDEX LLC and VK LLC.
  • Reset or delete the advertising ID: Android settings → Google → Ads. The VK Advertising Network links data to this ID, so once it is deleted or reset, VK can no longer link earlier ad data to the user.

After consent is withdrawn, processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days.

10. Security measures

Only the minimum necessary data is collected; the game requires no registration; data is protected by the infrastructure security measures of YANDEX LLC and VK LLC; data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

11. Minors

The game is rated 0+. If the user is under 14, consent to data processing is given by their parent or legal guardian. Parents can contact the operator at Deorel2030675@yandex.ru.

12. Distribution

This policy applies to versions of the game distributed through RuStore and Google Play.

13. Changes

The operator may update this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page. In case of material changes, the game will ask for consent again.
