How to delete your data

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. Data on your device: progress, coins, pans, achievements, settings

The game stores this data only on your device and does not send it to the developer. You can delete it in the game itself:

  1. In the main menu, open "About".
  2. Go to the "Data" tab.
  3. Tap "Delete my data" and confirm.

All progress and settings will be erased, your consent to data processing will be withdrawn, and the game will restart from the consent screen. Deleted progress cannot be restored.

The same data is deleted if you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.

2. Withdrawing consent without deleting progress

On the same "Data" tab, tap "Revoke consent". After that, the ad networks no longer have your consent to process your data, and AppMetrica statistics are no longer sent. Ads remain in the game and your progress is kept.

3. Data held by the ad networks: YANDEX LLC and VK LLC

The advertising ID and device information are processed by the Yandex Advertising Network (together with AppMetrica) and the VK Advertising Network. To request deletion of this data:

  1. In the game, open "About" → "Data" and copy the "ID for requests".
  2. Send an email to Deorel2030675@yandex.ru with the subject "Data deletion" and include this ID.

We will reply within 10 business days and forward the deletion request to YANDEX LLC and VK LLC. The data is destroyed within 30 days. You can also contact these companies directly.

The "ID for requests" helps Yandex find your AppMetrica data. The VK Advertising Network links data to your Google advertising ID, so to stop VK (and ad networks in general) from linking ad data to you, delete or reset your advertising ID: Android settings → Google → Ads. After that, earlier data is no longer linked to your device.

If the game shows "No data: analytics is off" instead of an ID, you did not give consent and AppMetrica was not active for you. In that case the ad networks receive only the information needed to show non-personalised ads. To unlink them from your device, reset your advertising ID as described above.
